Terms of Service

Welcome to LazaBot. LazaBot is a Discord bot designed to assist servers with moderation, automation, and community management. By inviting, accessing, or using LazaBot in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users — including server administrators, moderators, and regular members interacting with LazaBot in any Discord server. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please remove LazaBot from your server and discontinue use immediately.

By using LazaBot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, as well as Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

LazaBot is a third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Discord Inc. in any way.

To use LazaBot, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years old, consistent with Discord's minimum age requirement.
• If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have obtained parental or guardian consent.
• Server administrators who invite or configure LazaBot must hold the appropriate Discord permissions to do so.
• You must not be prohibited from using Discord or related services under any applicable laws.

LazaBot is intended to be used as a server management and moderation tool. You agree to use LazaBot only for its intended purposes and in full compliance with all applicable laws and Discord's platform rules.

LazaBot may offer a web dashboard that requires Discord OAuth authentication. You are fully responsible for all actions taken through your account and any server you manage using LazaBot.

You agree not to use LazaBot in any of the following ways. Violation may result in immediate removal from your server without notice:

• Unauthorized purposes — Using LazaBot for anything beyond its intended server moderation and management functions.
• Spam or mass messaging — Configuring or exploiting LazaBot to flood channels, users, or servers with excessive or unsolicited messages.
• DM advertising — Using LazaBot to send unsolicited advertisements, promotions, or marketing content to users via direct messages.
• Harassment or abuse — Using LazaBot to target, harass, intimidate, or harm any individual or group.
• Malware or exploits — Attempting to introduce malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with LazaBot's normal operation.
• Circumventing restrictions — Attempting to bypass any access controls, rate limits, or permission systems including AccessNode.
• Illegal activities — Using LazaBot to facilitate any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or Discord's platform policies.
• Impersonation — Misrepresenting your identity or server affiliation when interacting with or configuring LazaBot.

If you become aware of any abuse, exploitation, or misuse of LazaBot, please report it promptly. Include the server name, server ID, relevant user IDs, and a clear description of the incident.

All source code, systems, designs, branding, and documentation associated with LazaBot are proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LazaBot solely for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute any part of LazaBot or its underlying systems without explicit written permission.

By using LazaBot, you grant LazaBot a limited license to display your server's name and icon solely for server count displays or promotional content on official LazaBot channels. This does not grant ownership rights over your content.

LazaBot collects and processes certain data in order to provide its services, including server configuration data, moderation logs, and Discord user identifiers. When a server removes LazaBot, all associated server data is permanently deleted within 30 days of removal, in compliance with Discord's Developer Policy.

LazaBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that LazaBot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LazaBot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — LazaBot.

By using LazaBot, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LazaBot and its developers from any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

LazaBot reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to its services at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Conduct that is harmful to LazaBot, its users, or the broader community.
• Any activity deemed inappropriate or abusive at the sole discretion of LazaBot's developers.

Upon termination, your right to use LazaBot ceases immediately. Data handling following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this document will be updated. Significant changes may also be announced through our official channels.

Your continued use of LazaBot following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should remove LazaBot from your server and discontinue use.
