LazaBot Has Been Officially Discontinued

After years of development, updates, and serving communities across Discord, LazaBot has officially come to an end. Effective July 30, 2026, LazaBot has been shut down and will no longer be operational.

This wasn't an easy decision. LazaBot started as a personal project and grew into something far bigger than expected — a fully featured moderation bot with over a dozen systems, a dedicated support community, and a lot of late nights behind it. It meant a great deal to build, and even more to see people actually use it.

  • Bot offline — LazaBot has been shut down and removed from all servers as of today.
  • Active development ended — no further updates, bug fixes, or new features will be released.
  • Support server archived — the Discord server will be preserved for reference but is no longer active.
  • Data deletion — all stored server data will be fully purged within 30 days in line with our Privacy Policy.

Thank you to every server that gave LazaBot a home, and to everyone who reported bugs, shared feedback, or just sent kind words along the way. It was worth every line of code. — @thaseenabbut

LazaBot Is Going for Clean, Interactive Setup Panels with Better Visuals

As development resumes, LazaBot is doubling down on one clear design direction — every setup flow should feel polished, intentional, and easy to navigate. Rather than plain text responses, each system now communicates through rich embeds with clear status indicators, action buttons, and structured field layouts.

The screenshots below show this in action across the Starboard and Giveaway systems — two of the first features to receive the updated panel treatment.

Giveaway Configuration Panel
Starboard Successfully Deployed
Starboard System Disabled
Starboard Deletion Warning
Giveaway Launched Successfully
  • Structured field layouts — every panel surfaces the right info at the right time, no guesswork for the admin.
  • Clear action buttons — contextual buttons like Enable, Disable, Delete Data, and Launch Giveaway replace manual commands.
  • Status-aware embeds — each panel reflects the current system state with colour-coded accents and live field values.
  • Safety confirmations — destructive actions like data deletion require an explicit confirmation step before executing.

FlowControl Discontinued & Stability Improvements

To ensure peak performance during the development hiatus, LU47.2 ships the discontinuation of the underutilized FlowControl feature alongside a batch of targeted bug fixes. The update streamlines the bot, reducing potential instability while keeping all core functionality intact.

  • FlowControl removed — introduced in LU29, discontinued due to low adoption and maintenance overhead.
  • /warn command crash resolved in high-volume servers.
  • AFK status auto-removal now works reliably across all edge cases.
  • Webhook logging enhanced for better delivery consistency.
  • General performance optimizations for Event-Based AutoRoles and the Advanced Suggestion System.
